Application for Internship Insurance

ImgDesc

An internship is essential for you while in college to gain experience working in a specific industry/in your desired field, or to help you decide if the field is right for you. And it is even a great way to get your foot in the door at a certain company. You can find internships through job listings on different websites, and some companies may even come to campus looking for interns.

*Tips for the safety of internships

For off-campus no-credit internship Insurance application:

Step 1:

You must fill out the “Off-Campus Internship Application Platform” with your internship information on the school’s Academic Information System before your internship begins.

Step 2:

Print out the application form.

Step 3:

The application form must be handed in before the 5th of every month. The deadline will be extended to the next working day if the 5th of the month is a holiday. Please hand in the application form to the Center of Career Development at least 15 days before your internship begins.

Step 4:

Please be sure to ask for evidence of your internship from the department you interned in after your internship. And bring your internship evidence to the Center of Career Development or email it to career@my.nthu.edu.tw.

For off-campus internship (with credits) insurance: Please confirm with the department offering the course.

You must complete your application for internship insurance before interning. It is advised to confirm with your employer if they have assisted with your application. Please visit the NTHU Career Development website for details of the application process.
