※Course Description:

The Job Hunting Online courses will guide you through the process of getting the job of your dreams.

Chapter 1:you will learn how to write a Chinese résumé, understand the format of a résumé, the STAR Golden Rule, and be able to differentiate between a good résumé and a bad résumé, so that you can present your characteristics in your résumé in a complete manner. In addition to the resume, the interview is a major part of the process that allows job seekers and companies to get to know each other, and it is a necessary part of the process before joining a company.

Chapter 2:Chinese Interviewing Skills, takes you through the non-verbal aspects of interviewing, from the way you dress to the details of your face that may affect your performance in an interview. After you've wrapped up your appearance, you'll need to practice more frequently asked interview questions to ease your nerves.

Chapter 3:you will learn how to write an error-free résumé in English, understand what you need to have if you are looking for a job in a foreign company, utilize the C.A.R. formula, and know yourself well so that you can be the bright spot that catches HR's eye among all the résumés you have. The information in your résumé needs to be simple, clear, and error-free in order to show your attitude toward your job.

Chapter 4: you will learn how to prepare for an interview in English. When you successfully enter the English interview process, the interviewer needs to understand the applicant as a person, so instead of focusing on your accent and grammar, you should focus on the content of what you are saying, this chapter provides common interview questions that you can prepare for beforehand. After completing this course, you will be better able to understand how to demonstrate your value and enhance your ability and competitiveness in your job search.

Chapter 5: you will learn how to dress for a job interview to make a good first impression. This course will introduce dress etiquette for job interviews, the NG style for men and women, and the Trinity Law of Color so that you can quickly master the skills of dressing for job interviews. In addition, you need to pay special attention to the fact that different industries have their own dress codes, so you need to match your company's culture with your interview attire to ensure that you look presentable and courteous.

Chapter 6: teaches workplace coping skills, many freshmen enter the workplace how to speak beautifully and decently, which is more important than talkative. This course will take students to understand the differences between faulty communication and effective communication in the workplace. There are different ways to speak to your boss, to your peers, to your subordinates, etc. If you want to be liked in the workplace, you need to pay special attention to the smallest phrases and words.

Chapter 7: Learn how to use LinkedIn to build your personal brand and expand your network. The course covers optimizing your profile, boosting visibility, writing engaging content, and using LinkedIn’s search to find job opportunities, all of which enhance your presence with global companies.

Chapter 8: Learn to use AI tools to improve your resume. This course will guide you through using ChatGPT and other AI tools to optimize resume content and design, helping you stand out and increase your chances of job success.

Course Target: For students who are preparing for job hunting (current students and 2025 graduates are eligible to enroll)
